Monday 10 June at 18.00 Informal opening and get together at Restaurant Koulu, address Eerikinkatu 18, Turku
Welcome drink (also non-alcoholic), pub quiz and getting to know each other
Tuesday 11 June A joined programme for all guests at Turku UAS Kupittaa campus
8.00 – 9.00 Registration at Turku UAS ICT-City campus lobby, address Joukahaisenkatu 3
9.00 Opening words by Turku UAS Rector and President Dr. Vesa Taatila
9.30 Getting to know each other
10.15 Presentation of Community and Collaboration unit at Turku UAS, Mr. Mikko Siitonen, Partnerships Manager
10.45 Campus Tour at EduCity
12.00 Group photo at EduCity Stairs of Skill
12.30 Lunch at EduCity Kisälli restaurant
13.30 – 16.00 Ways of increasing well-being through partnerships -session

Wednesday 12 June Field specific programme
9.00 start at EduCity and ICT-City (TBC)
The guests will be divided into smaller groups depending on their professional background and interests: International services, DEI-matters, Student well-being, Regional partnerships, Career services
12.30 Lunch at campus, after which the programme continues until 15.00
17.00 An evening by the sea
Evening programme and dinner at a beautiful traditional setting at Villa Marjaniemi, Ruissalo Island, address Marjaniementie 50
Possibility to go to sauna (not compulsory) + other low-key leisure activities
(more information about the local busses to Villa Marjaniemi coming later)
Thursday 12 June Closing event and farewell
9.00 – 10.30 A Turku morning walk – a guided walk from Turku city centre to Kupittaa campus by official city guide and Senior Lecturer Susanna Saari
10.30 Closing event at EduCity: summary, feedback, future collaboration and certificates
12.30 Lunch at Kupittaa Paviljonki (TBC) and farewell
